We originally consulted and created the Sow & Arrow brand identity back in 2017, a strong brand, built on strong cultures, with a mission to empower people to get healthy and stay healthy, to live the life they desire, full of energy, vitality and well-being.
‘Primal Living in a Modern World’ is co-founder Pauline Cox’s first book and focuses on reversing chronic illness and optimising health.
We were commissioned to bring Pauline’s brand and wellness vision to life and our conceptual designs, copy writing, photography, creative and lithographic print skills combined faultlessly to deliver. The First Edition of the book has sold out within four months of being produced, and with over 25% new content, a fresh copy edit and new photoshoot, the second edition is now available to purchase.
