Milestones Trust is a Bristol based charity that supports upwards of 750 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia across 60 residential and supported housing services.

Where others see obstacles, Milestones Trust see opportunities to help those they work with to live more creative, meaningful and richer lives.

After a recent rebrand we worked alongside the Trust on a recruitment campaign designed to increase their visibility in the market and to deliver a renewed value proposition, lifting them above the competition. We delved deep into the hearts and minds

of the Milestones team to create an integrated marketing campaign showcasing an authentic insight into daily life working at the Milestones Trust.

Beginning with their new website, we created the successful ‘Together we Care’ recruitment campaign. A series of personal staff video testimonials that were utilised across all social media channels, further reinforced with a print, outdoor and social advertising campaign. The vibrant new look, tone and presentation of the Milestones brand brought fresh recognition and a new visual connection designed for today’s audience.

As a result the Trust saw an immediate increase in the numbers of online applications and website traffic, with these potential staff enquiries being generated by the scope and reach of their new campaign.

We have worked with pace for a number of years and never cease to be impressed with their approach to developing our proposals and using our branding to create eye-catching artwork. This was particularly true for a recent recruitment campaign we carried out together. pace worked with us to create our new recruitment website, which hosted a series of films and photos of our staff members and developed a ‘Together we Care’ campaign that featured on print, outdoor and social advertising. As a result we have seen an increase in online applications with potential staff telling us they have got in touch after seeing our video testimonials
