“What happens now?“ was the question when highly successful and high achieving Marlwood School asked when it looked likely that coronavirus restrictions would disrupt their Open Event opportunities

That’s where we came in, with an innovative solution to support Marlwood School with a bespoke purpose built Virtual Open Event micro-website. The ideal way to allow potential pupils and their families to experience life at the school from the comfort and safety of their home.

The site is an ideal marketing shop window that works 24/7 and 365 days a year!

Adhering to all ‘Working Together Safely Procedures’ we created 4 short films including a Headteachers Welcome, Virtual Presentation, Virtual Tour and Parents Q&A, all embedded within the dedicated micro-website, on brand and maximising the reach and value proposition to help generate more interest and bigger numbers.

A brilliant substitute for the ‘real thing’ and with the parental and student engagement numbers being high Marlwood School were able to answer all questions that would be asked at any normal Open Event.

Running alongside the new micro-website ran a successful marketing brand refresh with new photography, videography, prospectus, leaflets, banners and social media advertising. All driving traffic and interest direct to the school where they have seen a significant increase in student intake.

I cannot recommend the pace team highly enough. We set them an ambitious brief which they managed professionally from beginning to end. We were able to work together in partnership as they understood our vision, principles, and way of working and were able to take our ideas as well as offer expert ideas and challenge. All deadlines were met, all colleagues were personable and responsive. The end product was exactly what we wanted and more. We are already working on additional projects.
