Harding are an award winning global leader in on-board ship retailing creating world class exhilarating shopping experiences at sea.

They have currently secured contracts with more than 22 cruise line partners across the globe managing 250 retail outlets aboard 62 cruise ships.

Premium customer experience is the requirement for cruise ships and we’ve worked alongside Harding for over 10 years delivering just that with bespoke designs, digital programmes, experiential marketing and customer service solutions that need to quickly adapt to market demands.

After some onboard Vox pop research and customer experience interviews we launched our ‘Love Cruise Shopping’ campaign, a flexible branding solution that adapts to any seasonal or promotional campaign, bringing energy, colour and identity to engage, excite and entice cruise customers with an innovative shopping experience.

From eye level to buy level point of sale, we designed, printed, produced and delivered all marketing collateral both nationally and internationally to Harding cruise line partners around the globe. Even down to providing the design and production of dressing the shop windows all integrated to promote the latest brands and range of luxury items.
