Case Study – Gymrun

How we helped

– Design
– Printed Materials
– Social Media
– Merchandise

Gymrun is a program dedicated to developing fitness and physical literacy in schools and children’s organisations.

Designed to engage children of all activity levels, the programme helps build resilience, confidence and a positive attitude to movement. Operating across schools as well as health and sport organisations, it gives staff practical tools to deliver activities effectively, track progress and promote lasting participation in physical activity.

Working closely with founder Mike, we developed a complete set of design and marketing materials to elevate Gymrun’s presence and connection with schools, parents and children.

We created custom social media templates with vibrant colours and engaging layouts, enabling consistent sharing of photos, testimonials and updates. To boost visibility at schools and events, we designed feather flags, while a fitness booklet provided children, parents, and teachers with practical, easy-to-follow tips on fitness and physical literacy.

Our work also included Mailchimp campaigns to share updates, educational content and announcements, all aligned with Gymrun’s branding. We designed award badges to celebrate participants’ achievements and foster community, as well as floor plans to help children and teachers navigate gym spaces.

Through these design solutions and our close collaboration with Mike, Gymrun’s visibility and engagement grew, extending its positive impact on children’s fitness and well-being.

We have always been hugely impressed with the results of the briefs we have set for the Pace team. From the initial consultation with Allan and Chris, to the ongoing attention to detail and the level of care and willingness invested to make continued amendments. Our marketing projects with Pace have been delivered on-time, professionally and to an excellent standard. We will absolutely be seeking to use Pace again in the future and would recommend them very highly.
