A multi channel recruitment marketing strategy was the challenge set by Bristol Care Homes… to increase enquiries for care home beds, staff employment roles, and sales of retirement apartments.
With extensive experience in care home strategy we understand this market well – we also know that not every care home is the same and appreciating the individual needs of not only the client, but also the residents and their families is key.
Working alongside owners Richard and Geoff Crocker to help define their goals, challenges and specialisms within their catchment areas, we developed a strategy and marketing campaign highlighting the inspirational staff working at
each home.
These staff ambassadors formed the basis of an eye catching year long creative marketing campaign supported with printed and online advertising, video case studies and exhibition marketing collateral… the highlight being a series of four fully vinyl wrapped ‘double decker’ buses, quite simply letting the narrative of this campaign speak for itself across the city on four enormous mobile billboards 365 days a year!
All of this was backed up with digital advertising across all social media platforms improving on-site user experience and generating an avalanche of solid leads… delivering on the client brief with an uplift in resident intake, staff shortages filled and multiple sales of retirement apartments.

We have been delighted with the experience of working with pace. We were so impressed with the initial conceptual designs, we could see straight away that the design team understood our challenges. The designs were unique, creative, uplifting and well thought through.
Nothing is too much trouble for the pace team and the whole process from start to finish was a smooth operation and felt like a real partnership.
