Bristol Airport recently asked us to help realign their internal communications, to create internal branding that provided a platform to refresh employee engagement and culture.

We produced a suite of vision and values that were represented by a series of icons to provide strong, visual messaging with high impact to all employees.

Working alongside Dave Lees, CEO we also created a series of Vlog’s to help better connect with employees within this diverse 

business, exploring clients and prospects and to provide increased transparency and employee connectivity. We also produced a range of internal videos that covered training, sustainability, as well as health and safety information for the on-boarding of new staff.

We also created the ‘Above & Beyond’ brand identity what was rolled out at the Annual awards evening, hosted this year at Ashton Gate Stadium. We were asked to provide all aspects of design for this event, including concept creation, communication design and video production, a suite of literature was produced ranging from invitations, awards programmes, promotional material… as well as the coveted awards trophies.
