We designed and arranged a multi-channel recruitment marketing campaign for Bristol Care Homes (BCH) to increase enquiries for both care home beds and staff employment roles. BCH needed a strong brand communications platform to reflect its unique approach in providing excellence in all aspects of care for all residents in an ever-increasingly competitive industry.
This year’s campaign needed to reflect the care homes ‘Best in Class’ stamp for care plans, activities and catering and with these bright eye-catching colours and simple messaging we were able to create a strong visual identity. We tailored the campaign to specifically reach local audiences at a city level in and around Bristol where the four care homes are located.
Bus advertising was a pivotal part of the campaign as we know that with the right creativity, a fully wrapped bus becomes an icon and a very strong brand statement in a city environment, one that consumers will trust and engage. It’s a high impact and high exposure format with high brand recall – making this out-of-home option an excellent way to quickly spread awareness.
This was also backed up with a year long radio and digital advertising campaign across all social media platforms improving on-site user experience and generating an avalanche of solid leads… delivering on the client brief with an uplift in resident intake and staff shortages.
